Planogram & Seasonal VM Execution
• Create and deliver Planogram Dockets to VM and Operations teams within timelines as per the Seasonal Launch Gantt Chart.
• Develop seasonal Planograms for Lingerie and Q-Bay categories in line with the annual Business Calendar.
• Prepare layout markings and zoning plans for new seasons and new store openings.
• Highlight key seasonal activities and focus collections across stores.
• Provide key collection selections, mannequin outfit guidelines, styling dockets, and price point direction for seasonal launches and promotions.
• Coordinate with the Design Team for in-store communication requirements, including placards, bundle offers, product signage, and generic A4 signage every season.
• Develop Non-Seasonal VM Dockets covering:
• Do’s & Don’ts
• Mannequin Placement
• Props Placement
• VM Standards & Guidelines Competition Mapping & Market Research
• Conduct competition mapping for respective categories, focusing on:
• New fixtures
• New brands
• Promotions
• Product launches
• Benchmark competitor stores for:
• Store identity concepts
• Props and collaterals
• In-store communication standards
• Visual presentation ideas for implementation in existing and new stores Mock Store & Planogram Implementation
• Drive Mock Store setups as per the Business Calendar across all territories and overseas stores.
• Prepare and conduct VM/Planogram assessment tests (minimum 10 questions) 8–10 times annually.
• Execute Mid-Season Mock Store setups based on business requirements.
• Support new store openings through travel and on-ground execution assistance for Operations and Overseas teams.
• Update Non-Seasonal VM Manuals twice annually, including:
• Props guidelines
• Best Deal communication
• Fixture manuals
• EOSS guidelines
• Hanger manuals
• Develop new props and VM elements to enhance overall store look and feel across categories.
• Refresh and upgrade the appearance of older stores periodically. Business & Sell-Through Focus
• Ensure all sub-departments achieve a minimum STR (Sell Through Rate) of 75% before EOSS. Store Reviews & Regional Feedback
• Conduct monthly store reviews with regional teams and buyers as per the review calendar.
• Share detailed review feedback and store ratings with all regions via email.
• Provide implementation feedback presentations for Mid-Season Mock Stores.
• Share Co-Day agendas and ensure timely submission of reports. Process Improvement & VM Standards
• Identify and streamline process gaps related to non-trade VM elements.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on hanger requirements and product presentation standards. Planning & Floor Execution
• Work closely with Planning teams to understand product allocations and maintain fixture capacities.
• Ensure replenishment planning and mock store allocations are aligned with seasonal launches.
• Share feedback on new fixtures and provide capacity planning recommendations.
• Update category zoning and customer flow plans every season.
• Review key and critical store layouts manually and provide recommendations to New Store Opening (NSO) teams.
• Update fixture capacity sheets for individual departments twice a year.
• Share fixture usage feedback with Projects and NSO teams bi-annually.
• Conduct fixture performance reviews with Buyers and Planners based on business needs and product performance.Software Skills Required:
