Job purpose
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Job Responsibilities

- Track and report on sales performance, and market trends to management.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- +2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales acquisition, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and business development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing priorities.
