The Business Development Specialist – Food & Beverages is a senior, market-facing commercial role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolios, and securing new business opportunities within the F&B sector.

Requirements

• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
• Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
• Comfortable working under strict and short deadlines
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when required to meet urgent sales targets
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance competitiveness and profitability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is required
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with full-time availability
Key Responsibilities
A. Opportunity Identification & Market Development
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Food & Beverages sector
• Build a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue and growth targets
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving client needs
B. Sales Execution & Deal Closure
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial alignment
• Close deals under tight timelines while maintaining profitability
C. Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Act as a trusted commercial partner for assigned accounts
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
D. Commercial Structuring & Coordination
• Prepare and structure commercial offers aligned with company pricing frameworks
• Coordinate internally to ensure delivery readiness post-sale
• Support contract finalization and smooth handover to operations
E. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts
• Report on sales performance, opportunities, and potential risks
• Continuously improve conversion rates and deal velocity
F. Market Representation & Professional Conduct
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry engagements
• Maintain strong commercial credibility within the Food & Beverages market
