Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the business development efforts by identifying new leads, engaging potential clients, and assisting in the execution of strategic sales initiatives to help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business opportunities and markets.
• Assist in generating and qualifying leads through market analysis and outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Maintain up-to-date records of prospects and clients in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
• Participate in meetings, networking events, and conferences to promote Nexstand Arabia’s offerings.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
