Rgheeb is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist (B2B) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential B2B clients. Your success will directly impact our ability to expand our market presence and enhance client satisfaction.

This position requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of B2B sales processes and a passion for helping businesses thrive through our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new leads.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
