The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client portfolio across public and private sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of consulting services, stakeholder management, and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors (public, private, and non-profit).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, pitching, and contract negotiation.
• Develop tailored consulting solutions in collaboration with internal strategy and delivery teams.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and business KPIs.
• Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies and business expansion plans. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Strong experience in B2B and/or government-related projects is a plus.
• Background in consulting, strategy, or professional services preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network within Saudi market is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into client value propositions.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
Requirements
