Business Development Director

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is looking for a visionary and results-driven Business Development Director to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and driving sales growth across our range of services in residential and commercial property management.

As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. You will leverage your expertise in market analysis and competitive positioning to develop comprehensive business strategies that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors, including residential and commercial real estate.
• Lead the business development team, providing mentorship, support, and training to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the real estate sector.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospects, highlighting our unique value proposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and optimize service delivery.
• Track and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficient in CRM software and business analytics tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Sound understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
