Whether you're seeking excitement, relaxation, or cultural enrichment, we offer something for everyone.Role OverviewMiral Experiences is seeking a Business Continuity Senior Manager to lead and enhance the organization's Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity frameworks, ensuring the organization is prepared to effectively respond to and recover from operational disruptions while meeting regulatory and industry requirements.Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across the organization.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and test business continuity, crisis management, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate BCM activities and initiatives across departments and key stakeholders.
• Lead business continuity exercises, training sessions, and awareness programs.
• Monitor compliance with NCEMA requirements, ISO 22301 standards, and other relevant regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Prepare reports and updates on BCM readiness and resilience for senior management.Qualifications & Experience
• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Strong understanding of BCM principles, risk assessment, business impact analysis, and crisis management.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301, NCEMA requirements, and business continuity best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, MBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
