Business Architect (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for a talented Business Architect to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in bridging business strategy and technology solutions to maximize the achievement of business objectives. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to analyze processes, systems, and data, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.

Your role will involve defining business architecture strategies, creating roadmaps, and documenting business processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable business transformation initiatives. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of both business and technology landscapes, capable of driving innovation and guiding organizations through change.

This position requires a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and communication, as you will liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver business value effectively.

Job Description

• Translate business strategy, operating models and processes into business architecture artifacts that guide enterprise initiatives and technology alignment.
• Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks that support long-term business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to identify their needs and develop solutions that align with the overall strategy.
• Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus around business architecture initiatives.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with and support business strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that business architecture remains relevant and effective.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
• Ability to think strategically and practically to solve complex business challenges.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
