BlackStone eIT is seeking a specialized Business Analyst (Tax) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and optimizing tax-related business processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze tax business processes and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies.
• Gather and document detailed tax-related business requirements from stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tax or financial domains.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with tax software systems and ERP platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
