Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI to support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring, and financial planning. This role requires someone who understands both business operations and financial logic, and can translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Financial Systems & Data Analytics

• Work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/Finance modules) to extract, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting
• Automate recurring financial reports
• Ensure data integrity across systemsFinancial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
• Analyze revenue, cost structures, margins, and cash flow
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Support audit and compliance processes in coordination with Finance ManagerBudgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning

• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Track actual vs budget and prepare variance analysis
• Build scenario models (best case, base case, worst case)
• Support long-term business planningBusiness & Commercial Analysis

• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and investments
• Evaluate pricing strategies and revenue models
• Perform market and competitor benchmarking
• Support management with data-backed recommendationsFinancial Modeling

• Develop detailed financial models (NPV, IRR, ROI, break-even, sensitivity)
• Prepare investment memos and board-level summaries

Additional Information

Must-Have

• Minimum 5 years experience in Similar Role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Finance / Business Central / F&O)
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, interactive dashboards)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong financial modeling skillsPreferred

• Experience with multi-entity or multi-business-unit reporting
• ERP implementation or migration experience
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, sports clubs and or entertainmentEducation

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• MBA / CFA / ACCA / CPA is a plus
