We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Newgen BPM platforms to support operational transformation and workflow automation initiatives within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Gather and document business requirements for Newgen-based solutions
ā¢ Analyze and optimize banking workflows to improve operational efficiency
ā¢ Translate requirements into BRD, FRS, user stories, and process flows
ā¢ Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams

Key Skills & Experience
ā¢ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Newgen platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, etc.)
ā¢ Strong banking domain knowledge (Lending, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding)
ā¢ Experience in BPM, workflow automation, and process optimization
ā¢ Good understanding of system integrations and digital transformation
ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelorās / Masterās degree in a relevant field
ā¢ CBAP / Agile certification is a plus
