Responsibilities
• Analyze and model business domains to develop a complete understanding of workflows, processes, and technical requirements supported by the software
• Lead small projects or contribute to key workstreams within larger initiatives
• Define business problems, project objectives, and success criteria while identifying and validating business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases and process models
• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and sign-off sessions to ensure alignment across teams
• Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to ensure solutions accurately address business needs
• Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements
• Monitor software development progress to ensure solutions meet business, user, and quality expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve system usability, performance, efficiency, and overall user experience
• Support solution demonstrations, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycleRequirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (Software Projects/ Business Analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
