• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus.
