About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buggy Driver - Transport to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
ā¢ They must carry a valid buggy-driving license on duty.
ā¢ Drive guests in the buggies wherever required within the resort following the schedule given by the Team Leader, or upon guest request.
ā¢ Maintain a high level of knowledge about the propertyās facilities and services as well as the country and other Jumeirah properties to be equipped to answer guest enquiries and questions.
ā¢ Record usage of buggies on the appropriate forms.
ā¢ Always carry a company radio to be reachable and to ensure close communication with the buggy base operator and Team Leader.
ā¢ Communicate over the radio frequency as per training standards.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
ā¢ Hold a Valid Buggy Driving License
ā¢ Have 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service
ā¢ Hold a High School Diploma (Desirable)
ā¢ Demonstrate software competencies ā Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
ā¢ Show attention to details skills.

Requirements
