• High-Impact Projects: Work alongside senior decision-makers on diverse projects that shape the future.We’re hiring: Brand & Marketing Manager, who is going to build, manage, and strengthen TAM company’s brand image and awareness with all stakeholders, including clients, employees, vendors.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

-Support in developing brand and marketing strategies (both digitally and non-digitally) that help shape the brand positioning and narrative of our company.

-Ensure that all marketing strategies align with company's overall business strategy.

-Execute the day-to-day delivery of website, social media and direct marketing activities, quarterly internal and external newsletters, on-ground activations.

-Help create and present ‘intelligence’ reports based on extensive research, observations and analysis in audiences and the latest marketing trends.

-Evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns and utilize digital analytics data, third-party subscription tools, and search engine optimization tools to improve performance. Analyze data on an ongoing basis and adjust brand as needed.

-Develop marketing activities budgets, monitor expenditures and prepare and manage timelines.

-Bring forward opportunistic creative ideas proactively to make our brand always stand out and succeed. Go above and beyond simply making recommendations.

-Work with, manage and supervise different external vendors.

-Ensure creative marketing materials (content and designs) undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

-Communicate brand and marketing strategies and plans, campaign results and recommendations to senior management team.

-6 -10 years of experience in brand management both internally and externally

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred

-Proven ability to work cross-functionally

-Experience managing a brand across multiple markets

-Creative thinker and problem solver

-Strong communication skills
