KEY ACCOUTABILITIES

Customer Reception & Hospitality

• Welcome all showroom visitors professionally and courteously.
• Create a positive first impression by delivering a premium and personalized
customer experience.
• Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortably attended to while waiting.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and luxury-oriented atmosphere in the showroom.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales
consultant.

Visitor Management

• Register customer information accurately in the CRM system or visitor log.
• Monitor customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Manage showroom traffic and ensure visitors are attended to promptly.
• Follow customer flow procedures and brand experience standards.

Administrative Support

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Manage showroom email inquiries and route them to the relevant departments.
• Maintain visitor records and daily showroom reports.
• Support document filing, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks as
required.

Brand Experience Enhancement

• Act as a brand ambassador for EXEED by demonstrating professionalism and
excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EXEED products, campaigns, and dealership
activities.
• Support customer events, product launches, and showroom marketing
activities.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with EXEED premium brand standards.

Showroom Presentation

• Monitor showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas remain tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams when required.
• Report any showroom maintenance or customer experience concerns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Visitor registration accuracy and CRM compliance.
