Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Administrative Coordination
• Raise payment requests and Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with Finance.
• Follow up on approvals to ensure timely processing.
• Track invoices and monitor payment status with suppliers, agencies, and partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and financial tracking records.2. Campaign & Marketing Support
• Coordinate product deliveries for photoshoots, influencer collaborations, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and share campaign briefs with agencies and internal teams.
• Ensure alignment of timelines between brand, marketing, and external partners.3. Sample & Dispatch Management
• Track dispatches, receipts, and return of samples.
• Maintain an updated tracker of product movement for shoots, events, and PR activities.
• Ensure product accountability and minimize sample loss.
• 4. Reporting & Communication
• Support preparation of weekly brand updates and performance reports.
• Maintain trackers related to budgets, campaigns, and supplier coordination.
• Facilitate seamless communication between Brand, Marketing, Finance, and external stakeholders.Key Competencies
