About the Role:

As a Branch Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling personal loans to UAE nationals. You will be the face of of the Ajman Branch, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a positive and professional brand image.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Execute branch tasks related to new business with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Promote and sell appropriate financial products to meet assigned sales targets.
• Provide expert guidance and information to customers while upholding the Staff Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support branch operations.
• Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols and undergo relevant training.
• Foster relationships with internal departments and customers to support business objectives.
• Strict compliance to the Branch Governance Charter and service standards.
• Follow Operating Procedures and ensure consistent orientation to them.
• Deliver assigned sales tasks with precision and within set timelines, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support branch operations under the supervision of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer experience.
• The role involves handling repetitive and well-defined problems with limited solution options. Tasks are performed under direct supervision, following established policies and procedures. There is minimal scope for independent judgment or decision-making.
• Interactions are primarily cooperative and involve advising, coordinating, or resolving routine issues with individuals across various business functions. These interactions are moderately structured and routine.
• Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
• Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
• Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
