<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">PDR BIW Heavy Repair Technician</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">, you will be responsible for performing advanced structural and cosmetic repairs on Body-in-White (BIW) components using paintless dent repair (PDR) and heavy repair techniques. Your work ensures that every Lucid vehicle body is flawless before it moves to paint and final assembly.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Key Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Execute </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">paintless dent repair (PDR)</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> on aluminum and steel BIW panels using precision tools.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">heavy structural repairs</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> including panel replacement, straightening, and welding to restore OEM specifications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Diagnose damage and determine appropriate repair methods using Lucid’s repair standards and documentation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Operate equipment such as </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">frame alignment systems, MIG/TIG welders, rivet guns, and hydraulic tools</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Quality, Engineering, and Production</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> teams to ensure repair accuracy and traceability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and inspection results.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">3+ years of experience in </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">automotive BIW repair, collision repair, or OEM manufacturing</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">PDR techniques</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> and </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">heavy structural repair</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> of aluminum and high-strength steel.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">EV platforms and advanced body materials</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to read and interpret </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">technical drawings, repair manuals, and digital work instructions</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
