About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for Bell Attendant – Front Office to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Open the car door for all guests arriving or leaving from the main entrance of the property in a polite and courteous manner and greet them with a warm smile to provide warm welcome to guests on arrival and departure.
• Coordinate constantly with the Front Office and Valet to escort guests to their rooms and demonstrate them the room facilities and features
• Assist guests with loading & unloading of luggage as well as delivering it to and collecting it from the guest’s room ensuring that no damage is being done to any piece of luggage or personal item.
• Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions and controls so that Jumeirah Group provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
• Deliver any faxes, messages, parcels, mail, newspapers, etc. to guest rooms and always verify the guest’s name and room number to ensure it is delivered correctly in a timely manner.
• Complete day-to-day activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence.About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
• Proficient in the English & Arabic (verbal & written).About the Benefits
