Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is an exclusive beachside resort located in the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bell Attendant– Concierge to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Welcome guests at the main entrance, assist with opening car doors, and provide a warm and professional arrival and departure experience.

• Assist guests with loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering luggage safely and efficiently to and from guest rooms.

• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities in coordination with Front Office and Valet.

• Deliver messages, parcels, mail, and other requested items promptly while verifying guest details to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Maintain high standards of grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.

• Follow departmental policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in hospitality; experience in a luxury 5-star property or within the UAE is an advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, additional language skills are an asset.

• Physically fit and capable of handling luggage safely and efficiently.

• Demonstrates a professional demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
