Great dining experiences aren’t just about what’s on the plate. That’s why we’re searching for a new Bartender for our All-Day Dining Restaurant who can bring together great beverage knowledge, genuine hospitality, and the flexibility to support a busy restaurant operation. From preparing perfectly crafted drinks and recommending the right beverage to supporting the team during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, you’ll help create seamless and memorable experiences for every guest.

A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and other beverages to consistently high standards.

• Following established recipes, pouring standards, and presentation guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.

• Welcoming guests, understanding their preferences, and confidently recommending beverages and current promotions.

• Supporting the restaurant team during busy service periods to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

• Promoting signature drinks and using upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and support revenue.

• Setting up and maintaining the bar and beverage station, ensuring everything is clean, organised, fully stocked, and ready for service.

• Monitoring beverage stock, supplies, and waste while supporting effective cost control.

• Coordinating closely with restaurant colleagues to ensure food and beverage orders are delivered efficiently.

• Following all food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, and workplace safety requirements.

• Taking on other duties when needed to keep the restaurant operation running smoothly.

What We need from you:
• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably within an all-day dining restaurant, luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume F&B operation.

• Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffees, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, and garnishes.

• Confident in preparing a wide range of beverages accurately and efficiently.

• An all-rounder mindset, with the flexibility to support restaurant service when required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

• Great communication skills with a warm, confident, and engaging personality.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Formal bartending training or relevant certification is preferred.
