General Responsibilities:
• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino.
• Responsible for maintaining an F&B service, Bar operations of a high standard to Guests
• Being efficient and diplomatic where the reputation or image of the company is represented, particularly when dealing with situations involving Beverage
• Ensuring Guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
• Coordinates with colleagues regarding operational problems whenever necessary
• Participation in regular meetings and briefings, as scheduled
• An understanding and adherence to all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations
• Ensuring that Beverage is picked up from the Bar without any delays
• Good organizational skills for the operation’s smooth running by using the opening, closing and Audit checklist and service standards set in the module
• To implement and maintain standards according to the Beverage module
• Ensuring the outlet is free from expired products
• Performing the monthly inventory and following-up on expiry procedure
• Conduct daily and weekly equipment deep cleaning and follow up with preventive maintenance tasks
• Replenish the beverage SOE orders after every end of the month inventory and when needed
• Completing the service checklist and maintaining equipment.
• Follow all the HACCP management guidelines, temperature control, FIFO in the place.
Requirements
- •Prepare coffee drinks following recipes (espresso, latte, cappuccino)
- •Maintain high F&B service and bar operations standards
- •Ensure guest needs and expectations are met
- •Adhere to safety rules, emergency procedures, and fire prevention
- •Implement and maintain Beverage module standards
- •Perform monthly inventory and follow expiry procedures
- •Conduct daily and weekly equipment deep cleaning
- •Follow HACCP management guidelines, temperature control, FIFO
