About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bar Back at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including washing glassware, cleaning bar surfaces, and removing trash.
- Prepare garnishes, restock ice, and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are ready for use.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bartenders and management about restocking needs.
- Assist bartenders by fetching ingredients, mixing simple drinks, and running food orders.
- Interact with customers by clearing tables, delivering drinks, and addressing any immediate needs.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Hold a High school diploma.
- Have 1 year bartending experience in a luxury hotel.
- Possess experience of working in an international capacity.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.

Requirements
