We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our dynamic Banquets team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during events, weddings, and conferences.
What you will do:
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for subsequent functions.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Banquets team to deliver flawless events.
What you bring:
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Banquets is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.
