We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and scaling the server-side infrastructure that powers our web applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that drive our business forward.

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to design, build, and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web applications. You will ensure seamless communication between server-side and client-side components, delivering reliable and scalable backend systems that meet the needs of our users and business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs
• Develop and manage databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side infrastructure
• Ensure seamless communication between server-side and client-side components
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using backend languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug backend issues to ensure system reliability
