The AVP is an execution-focused role, working under the guidance of the VP. The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional AI initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders across business lines, technology, and support functions.

This is an execution-focused role; tangible results in adoption, ROI, scalability, and risk mitigation will be key in defining success.
