AVP, Business Management - Asset Management

Job Purpose:

• Support management in driving key business initiatives, transformation projects, and strategic priorities across FAB Asset Management and FAB AM Partners
• Coordinate strategic planning, performance tracking, and project execution, ensuring alignment between FAB AM and Group objectives

• Facilitate governance processes, including management reporting, business reviews, and preparation of executive materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Act as a central liaison between functional teams (Finance, Operations, Investments, and Commercial, Partners as required) to ensure timely delivery of business projects and enable informed decision-making

Key Accountabilities:

• Strong analytical and project-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to support management reporting and stakeholder coordination

• Understanding of Finance/ wealth management, asset-management operations, financial performance, and governance frameworks

• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline and confidentiality

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

• Monitor business KPIs and highlight deviations or improvement opportunities

• Facilitate communication and alignment between departments and senior management

• Support governance forums (meetings, committees, minutes documentation, action tracking)

• Contribute to ad-hoc business reviews, presentations, and special projects assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Consulting or Business Management/ CPMO/ Governance experience

• Facilitation and Communication

• Strategic planning and collaboration

• Performance tracking and reporting

• Business initiatives tracking and project updates

• Management reporting and dashboards via Excel/ PPT/ Word/ AI and other reporting tools

• Years of experience: 5+ years
