Eram Talent is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a leader in talent acquisition, Eram Talent specializes in providing exceptional recruitment solutions across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care. The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
• Support the team in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
