Associate Director, Retail & Wealth Management Origination

Job Purpose
The Associate Director – Retail & Wealth Management Origination is responsible for originating Treasury and Global Markets solutions for retail and wealth clients, including priority and high-net-worth segments. The role focuses on client engagement, solution origination, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver suitable, compliant products aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Result Areas

• Originate treasury and markets solutions for retail and wealth clients.
• Support revenue growth across FX, deposits, and approved investment products.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors on client opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to suitability, disclosure, and conduct standards.
• Support client education and product rollout initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity tracking and performance reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in Retail or Wealth Banking Sales / Origination.
• Strong understanding of retail treasury and investment products.
• High level of client advisory and relationship skills.
• Strong attention to governance and conduct standards.
