Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support the operations for one of our clients in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
As Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the spa’s reputation for excellence and assisting in the implementation of wellness programs and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of spa staff.
• Help maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Help monitor spa inventory, equipment, and maintenance needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, packages, and promotions.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on spa performance and assist in budgeting and financial management.Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a spa or wellness environment, preferably in ultra-luxury hotel settings.
• CIBTAC qualification and knowledge of Forbes standards are required.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations and wellness services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Qualifications in spa management, hospitality, or related fields are advantageous.Benefits
