We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Assistant Sales Manager to support revenue growth and contribute to the transformation of Carlton Al Moaibed into a flagship Vignette Collection hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will support a dual focus:
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments.
• Negotiate contracts, room rates, and event agreements
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates within approved guidelines.
• Support the Sales Manager in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly sales reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with IHG brand standards and policies.
• Assist in achieving occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Sales Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel sales systems such as Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.Skills Required
