The assistant Relationship Manager will assist in maintaining and nurturing both existing and prospect Relationships clients with personalized and standardized service and also manage the overall service and operational quality across the portfolio assigned.
Assist the Relationship Management team/Business Development Officers team in achieving the financial objectives on new customers, limits, utilization and fee Realization against fully secured lines, Monitoring of Portfolio i.e. Routing Conditions i.e. Turnover/POS, timely Fulfillment of covenants as mentioned in Credit Approval Process.
Responsibilities
- •Maintain and nurture existing and prospect client relationships with personalized service
- •Manage overall service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio
- •Assist Relationship Management and Business Development teams in achieving financial objectives
- •Monitor portfolio routing conditions such as turnover and POS
- •Ensure timely fulfillment of covenants as per the Credit Approval Process
- •Support objectives on new customers, limits, utilization, and fee realization
