- Prepare credit applications/memos for new and existing clients, including:
- Facility structures (loans, overdrafts, trade finance, etc.)
- Risk analysis and mitigants
- Financial projections and sensitivities
- Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams for approvals.
- Ensure credit proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy prior to execution.
Requirements
- •Ability to analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
- •Knowledge of ratio analysis and trend analysis
- •Ability to evaluate industry risks and macroeconomic factors
- •Experience preparing credit risk ratings
- •Ability to identify early warning signals and risk exposures
- •Knowledge of facility structures (loans, overdrafts, trade finance)
- •Ability to coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams
- •Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements
