Assistant Project Manager (UAE National)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Project Manager (UAE National) to join our team! In this role you will get to join our team of innovators! What You'll Be Doing:
• Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and tracking day-to-day construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth site operations.
• Prepare and maintain key project documents (meeting minutes, action logs, progress trackers, basic reports).
• Help update construction schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support basic cost tracking (quantities, progress measurements, input for payment applications).
• Assist in implementing project quality and safety procedures and organizing site/coordination meetings and visits.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, in such areas as Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• Internship or work experience in construction or engineering projects
• Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings, and project phases.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
