Job Description
• Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations team
• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement and maintain brand standards
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and motivate staff
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the Outlet Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Actively participate in menu planning and pricing strategies
