Job Overview:

As a Wealth Support Lead at Emirates NBD, your role is to lead the investment support team within the Wealth Management division, ensuring smooth investment support operations and high-quality service to investment advisors. You will manage administrative, operational, compliance, and client support activities that enable advisors to focus on client relationships and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the investment support team, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal standards.
• Coordinate with investment advisors to ensure their operational and administrative support needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop investment support professionals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of investment support services.
• Ensure investment support activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit standards, and risk management expectations.
• Support investment advisors with the preparation of client reports, presentations, documentation, and related service materials.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues impacting client service and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in investment management or operations are preferred.
• Proven experience in investment support or a related field, with a strong background in operational process management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, investment support processes, and regulatory compliance requirements within investment services.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to support advisors and deliver high-quality client service outcomes.There’s never been a better time to join Emirates NBD.
