Assistant Manager - Strategy Oversight

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Assistant Manager - Strategy Oversight to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and communication of Qiddiya's strategic plans and business objectives.
• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial data to assess performance against strategic goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and opportunities related to strategic projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote strategic alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending adjustments to strategies based on performance data and market trends.Requirements
