Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to join our dynamic team. This crucial role involves working closely with the Manager of Operational Readiness to ensure that our projects and operations are fully prepared for successful execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of operational readiness assessments, planning, and execution to align with Qiddiya’s vision as a premier entertainment destination.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in formulating and implementing operational readiness strategies for projects across the company.
• Work with various departments to gather necessary operational requirements and standards for upcoming launches.
• Conduct thorough operational readiness assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Support the organization and delivery of training programs to equip staff with the skills needed to meet operational challenges.
• Track performance metrics related to operational readiness and provide insights to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Help facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address potential risks proactively.
• Promote a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the operational teams. Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Operations, or related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational management or readiness, ideally in the hospitality or leisure industry.
· Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and metrics effectively.
· Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration.
· Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
· Familiarity with operational frameworks within the entertainment sector is preferred.
· Knowledge of local cultural contexts and practices in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
