Role Overview
The Content Executive owns the end-to-end product content lifecycle on the Home Centre website. This role ensures all products go live with accurate, complete, and high-quality content, and requires close coordination across the buying, digital, and studio teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product listing process; from sending products to shoot through to final content upload on the website.
- Collate, validate, and ensure completeness of all product content including attributes, descriptions, and images.
- Coordinate with the buying team to ensure all required product information is delivered before the product arrives at the warehouse.
- Partner with the buying, digital content, and studio teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Conduct daily QC of items going live to ensure no errors on Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
- Work closely with the Digital Team to identify and resolve content gaps, errors, or inconsistencies promptly.
- Collaborate with the studio team on photoshoot planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Identify and implement improvements to the listing process, content quality, and product discoverability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in eCommerce retail, particularly in Home is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel β data handling, validation, and basic analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
Requirements
- β’Experience in eCommerce retail (Home preferred)
- β’Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling, validation, analysis)
