CATEGORY INTRODUCTION
Personal Care Arabia is the largest business in Arabia at €265m in size, with a unique market model with seven countries, six principal legal entities (of which three are partnerships involving local partners) and five distribution joint ventures across the geography.
JOB PURPOSE
this business-critical role, you will lead Dove Men Care and premium format expansion across Skin Cleansing Arabia, driving high-value growth in a market where ~50% of value is premium and ~30% is super premium, with masstige growing at ~20%.
You will own end-to-end innovation and growth for two core strategic pillars:
• Dove Men Care, as a key growth engine with a ~€30M opportunity and a clear roadmap to reach ~€5M within two years with 3× growth potential
• New premium formats, expanding Lux, Dove, and Dove Men Care into high-value spaces (scrubs, oils, serums)
This role is central to unlocking premiumization, building social-first demand creation platforms, and accelerating the shift of Skin Cleansing Arabia towards higher value tiers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As ABM Lead – Dove Men Care & Premium Formats, Skin Cleansing Arabia, you will:
- Own the Dove Men Care business, driving end-to-end growth strategy, innovation pipeline, and market expansion
- Lead the male grooming acceleration agenda, unlocking ~€30M opportunity and building a scalable growth engine
- Own new premium format expansion across Lux, Dove, and Dove Men Care (scrubs, oils, serums)
- Drive end-to-end innovation landing for both DMC and premium formats (from concept to in-market execution)
- Build social-first communication platforms to recruit new consumers and drive premium trade-up
- Identify and unlock white spaces across male grooming and premium formats, shaping future portfolio strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and scale-up of innovations
- the P&L of the brand across Arabia
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Skills
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of business dynamics, with the ability to derive insights
• Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to execute initiatives effectively, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and complete delivery
• Obsessive in consumer Intimacy and completely immersed in the world of the consumer, intimately understanding consumers current needs and curious about future needs.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects from conception to execution
• Experience in the development and launch of consumer and shopper-relevant innovations, as well as relaunching existing products
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, enabling sharp identification of issues and opportunities based on available information
• Ability to monitor progress and take decisive action. Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment characterized by rapid growth and ongoing innovation within the portfolio.
