Job Description

In this role you will focus on business development; and sales of our Datacentre solutions. You will work closely with Delta Account Management sales teams to quote and win projects. You will actively develop relationships with our customers, key partners, and system integrators. You will facilitate partnerships, client sessions, and lead sales efforts ensuring appropriate experts are engaged, to deliver accurate proposals to our top customers.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.
• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executives (CXO).
• Understand customer requirements and deliver a consultative approach and solution-based selling.
• Ensure follow up on actions and activities.
• Be accountable for Data Centre Sales targets to our customers in Saudi.
• Develop proposals to customers with accurate solution leveraging Design & SSE teams.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise Data Centre Partners (System Integrators and Contractors).
• Achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Discover new growth areas.
• Promote Delta Data Centre solutions to customers and partners.
• Validate/prioritize engagement in high potential opportunities.
• Report on successes and areas needing improvements.Project work and areas of change

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Data Centre based solutions and customers’ business requirements to drive our offering in this area.
• Prioritize activities according to revenue generation and corporate strategy.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Center infrastructure, Power and/or Cooling solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Development and Partner ecosystem development.
• Proven track record in complex, consultative sales.
• Strong network within the Saudi Data Center ecosystem.
• Strong technical understanding of Data Center infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
