Wood is currently seeking an Area Lead - Process Plant (Chemical & Reagents) to support our Projects business. This role will play a key part in the development of a new gold mining and processing facility during the construction and pre-commissioning phases.
The position may initially be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail, prior to mobilising to a site-based assignment in Saudi Arabia on an 8/2 rotation.
Requirements
- •Experience in Process Plant Operations
- •Knowledge of Chemical and Reagents handling
- •Experience in construction and pre-commissioning phases
- •Familiarity with gold mining facilities
- •Ability to work on an 8/2 rotation basis
- •Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
Nice to Have
- •Experience in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail
- •Experience with Wood's project methodologies
Responsibilities
- •Oversee process plant operations related to chemicals and reagents
- •Support the development of the gold mining and processing facility
- •Ensure safe and efficient operations during construction and pre-commissioning
