CLEAR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Design Studio Manager to lead our design studio team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations, coordinate project workflows, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to deliver high-quality architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Studio Leadership:
• Manage and lead the architectural design studio team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Promote a creative and supportive culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Project Coordination:
• Oversee the progress of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to streamline workflow and resource allocation.
• Quality Control:
• Review design outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Implement quality assurance practices and continuous improvement processes within the studio.
• Resource Management:
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development to build a skilled and cohesive team.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and management to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
• Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development of studio goals, strategies, and growth plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance studio capabilities.Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in architectural design with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and processes.
