Arabic Speaking Hostess Team Leader - Private Family

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking Hostess Team Leader for a prestigious private family based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will oversee the hosting staff and ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. As the Team Leader, you will set the standard for hospitality excellence and work closely with the family to fulfill their specific preferences and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the hostess team to deliver outstanding service at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
• Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated areas
• Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements
• Provide guests with information about the menu and specials
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Work closely with the family to customize service needs and preferences
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standardsRequirements

• Proven experience as a Hostess, preferably in a private or high-end environment
• Team leadership or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
• Fluent in Arabic and English, other languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for guest service
• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management training is a plus
• Must have prior experience in VIP airport lounges or similar high-end hospitality environments. Benefits

Salary: AED 8,000 plus AED 3,500 living-out allowance, plus all other benefits as per UAE labor law.
