Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing governance-related reporting and supporting the commercial functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures related to commercial reporting.
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial and governance reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Analyze governance and commercial data, identifying trends and potential areas of risk or improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and governance frameworks.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ascertain the effectiveness of governance practices and commercial operations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for reporting and governance.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to governance and commercial reporting. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- +3 years of experience in commercial reporting, governance, or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Proficient in financial analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
