• A Visionary Leader: You are ready to empower clients to lead in an automated world.Your responsibilities as the AI Delivery Lead include:

• Facilitate discovery sessions with Business and Product teams to extract core objectives and decompose them into precise technical specifications, user stories, and architectural requirements for engineering teams.
• Devise and manage multi-quarter roadmaps, establishing clear RACI matrices and communication cadences to keep stakeholders aligned across the organization.
• Leverage your background in SOC/NOC environments to ensure all AI deployments are "production-ready," focusing on observability, incident response protocols, and security compliance.
• Navigate the complexities of financial services, including regulatory compliance, data privacy (PII), and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Oversee the delivery of AI-powered features, ensuring that model deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops are integrated into the broader application lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting on delivery risks and milestones.As an AI consultancy, our greatest asset is the expertise of our people.

Requirements

What it takes:

• 5+ years experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the security and compliance rigors associated with banking tech
• A proven track record of leading complex delivery programs for cloud-based Web or Mobile applications.
• Direct experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) or NOC (Network Operations Center) workflows is preferred, ensuring uptime and security are built-in, not bolted-on.
• A solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure or AWS), specifically how modern applications consume AI services.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade-offs (e.g., latency vs. accuracy in AI) to non-technical business partners.
• Experience leading teams through the cultural shift of adopting AI-driven workflows.Benefits
