Develop and administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies

In this AFR Ops Specialist position
- Engage with Customers under direct/close supervision for shipment information and incident/complaint management
- Check that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and inform about cost/revenue issues
- Perform administrative shipment level activities under direct/close supervision including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
- Manage shipments under guidance in line with the customer service commitment
- Identify, gather and inform about exceptions/operational irregularities
- Understand, follow and support to improve shipment data quality
- Follow necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
- Route and/or assign shipments under supervision to relevant consol as guided, ensuring it meets our customers service commitment and maximized our profits.
- Prepare invoices, and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy
- Use available tools to monitor and highlight issues with performance Now, here is what we need from you!
