Job Summary
The Lead Site Manageris responsible forthe day-to-day oversight, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations across multiple locations within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR). Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Lead Site Manager ensuresaircraftservicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives.
This position provides senior leadership across all supported sites, overseeing Site Managers responsible foraircraftarrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure operations. The Lead Site Manager ensures standardized execution of TAS requirements across all locations whilemaintainingcompliance with flight line safety programs, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention, tool control procedures, andaircraftmaintenance coordination requirements.
The Lead Site Manager is accountable for multi-site operational continuity, synchronization of resources, and performance against mission-driven service levels in a high-tempo, austere environment—ensuring all locationsoperateas a unified enterprise in support of continuousaircraftoperations and mission readiness
Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by setting the standard for flight line safety and enforcing strict adherence to all airfield safety practices, FOD prevention, and tool control procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; provide oversight, documentation, and enforcement across all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations.
• Provide daily oversight of multi-site TAS operations, includingaircraftarrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities to ensure all PWS performanceobjectivesare consistently met.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor all Site Managers and their respective flight line teams to deliver safe,timely, and high-qualityaircraftservicing operations.
• Establish a culture of accountability, operational discipline, safety, and continuous improvement across all locations within the AOR.
• Coordinate daily operational priorities across multiple sites; synchronizeaircraftservicing requirements, staffing, and resource allocation to meet mission demands.
• Schedule personnel across all locations (shifts, rotations, coverage) tomaintainrequired 24/7/365 service levels, including support to surge operations andshort noticetaskings.
• Inspect and audit flight line operations across all sites to verify compliance with PWS requirements, Technical Orders, and airfield procedures;initiatecorrective actions asrequired.
• Oversee execution ofaircraftground handling and servicing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with applicable directives and standards.
• Monitor performance trends across all locations;identifyoperational gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to sustain mission readiness.
• Maintain effective coordination with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, Airfield Management, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), and other mission partners) to supportaircraftflow and operational priorities.
• Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation, reporting, andrecordsmanagement across all TAS operations, including performance metrics, staffing reports, and operational deliverables.
• Manage and synchronize critical equipment, vehicles, and operational resources across multiple sites; coordinate logistical support and procurement asrequired.
• Produce and review required operational deliverables and reports (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring consistency and accuracy across all locations.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple competing mission requirements across geographically dispersed sites whilemaintainingoperational efficiency and mission focus.
• Drive standardization of processes, procedures, and best practices across all locations to ensure consistent execution of TAS operations.
• Performadditionalduties and lead special projects as directed by the Project Manager to support mission success and contract performance.
Basic Qualifications
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain/maintaina SECRET clearance
• Ability tomaintainoperational continuity across rotations and work within Government-led governance rhythms
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in aviation operations,aircraftmaintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-site or regional flight line operations
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams in high-tempo environments
• Ability to work in a high-risk environment and manage staff in an austere/expeditionary setting.
• Proficiencywith standard reporting and documentation practices, including use of Government-directed systems and data accuracy expectations.
Strong knowledge of:
Aircraftground handling and servicing procedures
Airfield operations and safety requirements
Technical Orders and maintenance documentation processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience managing TAS operations at locations such as:

• Al Udeid Air Base
• Al Dhafra Air Base
